Shipping and Returns Policy

We request that, upon delivery, our customers carefully examine each piece of their order and notify Milgo within 5 business days if there is a problem. For an exchange or refund, please send the package back to the address on the packing slip via fed ex, ups, or insured U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once we receive it. Please note, shipping charges are not refunded for preference returns.
