How do I place an order?

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If we ship to a New York State location you will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Can I pick up my purchased items?
Yes, you may pick up your purchased items.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?
Yes. We use a secure server for every purchase at MilgoDesignStore.com

How and where do you ship?
Deliveries in the USA will be made via UPS ground. International orders will be shipped first class with USPS. The shipping costs are shown next to the items.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped immediately. If we are out of stock on any item, that item will be shipped within 7 business days.

What is your return policy?
If an item is damaged or defective please notify us at customerservice@milgodesignstore.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Return the item in it’s original packaging. Once we have received the damaged merchandise, we will send a replacement free of charge. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the item, you must notify us within 5 business days. You may ship the item back in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition, for a full refund minus the shipping.

What if something arrives damaged?
We do our best when packaging products so that they arrive in pristine condition. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, email us at customerservice@milgodesignstore.com within 5 business days of receiving your item to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. The item must be shipped back to us in its original box and packing materials.
